Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 372 Bradford Street in East New York, Brooklyn. The site is four blocks away from the Van Siclen Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. The 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains are five blocks away in the opposite direction at an identically named station. Shutter Avenue Properties is behind the applications.

The 50-foot tall structure will yield 8,210 square feet, with 6,570 square feet dedicated to residential use. Eight apartments will be created, averaging 820 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Tenants will have five parking spaces, a laundry room, and a rooftop terrace.

Jose Velasquez will be responsible for the design

Demolition permits were filed in November of 2017. The estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Please pardon me for using your space: Accompaniment details and Andrew Nelson. (Thank you)

  2. Nice to start seeing these cheap late 80s/90s rowhouses redeveloped
