Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed use building at 51 Victory Boulevard, in the Saint George neighborhood of Staten Island. The site is seven blocks away from the Saint George Ferry Terminal, a central dock for the Island’s buses, and terminal for the Staten Island Ferry, offering service to Manhattan. Boris Natenzon, CEO of Nate’s Pharmacy, will be responsible for the development.

The 47-foot tall structure will yield 8,170 square feet, with 1,720 square feet dedicated to a ground floor retail space, and 6,450 square feet for residential use. Five apartments will be created, averaging 1,290 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums.

Think Design Architecture will be responsible for the design

The lot is currently vacant. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
