Kofee, a Brooklyn-based cafe, is set to open its second New York City location at Maven, a residential tower at 2413 Third Avenue in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Designed by CentraRuddy Architecture and developed by RXR, the 27-story tower yields 200 residential units, 60 of which are rent stabilized and reserved for residents earning 130 percent of the area median income.
The Earl Monroe New Renaissance Basketball School, a new five-story building located at 647 Elton Avenue in Mott Haven, Bronx, recently celebrated its groundbreaking with a ceremony led by New York Knicks legend Earl ‘The Pearl’ Monroe. The school, which is located near the intersection of Third Avenue and East 152nd Street, is being developed by Pillar Property Management. It was designed by ESKW/Architects and IMC Architecture.
Developer Beitel Group has secured a $135 million construction loan to complete two adjacent residential projects at 261 and 315 Grand Concourse in Mott Haven, Bronx. Designed by S. Weider Architect PC, the 14-story structures will span a combined 348,000 square feet and yield 405 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 136 parking spaces and a 5,100-square-foot shared recreation space. The buildings will rise from a triangular parcel bound by East 138th Street to the south, Grand Concourse to the east, and Walton Avenue to the west.

Located at the intersection of Alexander Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard, the lot is near the 3rd Avenue – 138th Street subway station, serviced by the 6 train. The Domain Companies has announced that Estela, a two-building rental development at 414 and 445 Gerard Avenue in Mott Haven, The Bronx, is 80 percent leased. Designed by S9 Architecture, the property yields 380 market-rate and 164 affordable rental apartments. Move-ins began in May 2023.
