Brookfield Properties and Park Tower Group have completed Eagle + West, a 745-unit high-rise complex designed by international design studio OMA. Located at 1 Eagle Street within the Greenpoint Landing mega-development, the complex features a pair of cantilevered towers that sit 30 and 40 stories above the Greenpoint waterfront in Brooklyn.
Brooklyn Brewery has announced plans to relocate its flagship facility to 1 Wythe Avenue, a new mixed-use development in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The planned flagship will anchor the building, which is just four blocks north of the brewery’s current Williamsburg location.

Developed in partnership by Brookfield Properties and Park Tower Group, the 30-story building is located at 1 Bell Slip along the Greenpoint waterfront and is designed by Handel Architects.
Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 65 Eckford Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located between Driggs Avenue and Engert Avenue, the lot is four blocks from the Nassau Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Abe Posner is listed as the owner behind the applications.
