Façade installation is making progress at 799 Broadway, a 12-story office building in Greenwich Village. Designed by Perkins + Will and developed by Columbia Property Trust, the 182-foot-tall project will yield 180,000 square feet of commercial space marketed by JLL. The corner lot is located at the intersection of Broadway and East 11th Street, and was purchased by Normandy Real Estate Partners and Ares Management in 2016 for $101 million. Early work required the demolition of several low-rise structures before excavation and construction of the new edifice could begin.

45-18 Court Square’s Expansion Progresses in Long Island City, Queens

Construction has partially topped out at 45-18 Court Square, a six-story addition to an existing structure in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Perkins + Will and developed by King Street Properties, Knight Newmark Frank, and GFP Real Estate, the property will house a life science facility called Innolabs. The adjoining six-story building is also in the process of being renovated and connected to the new development.

Work Reaches Street Level at 799 Broadway in Greenwich Village

Work on the lower levels of 799 Broadway has now reached street level. The Greenwich Village development will become a 12-story, 182-foot-tall office building with around 180,00 square feet of newly built space. Normandy Real Estate Partners and Columbia Property Trust are developing the project, which is designed by Perkins + Will. Cushman & Wakefield is in charge of marketing the building.
