Adam America and MSD Partners have acquired the development site at 22-12 Jackson Avenue, in Long Island City — a few blocks south of Court Square stations serviced by the 7, E, M, and G trains — for $43.5 million. According to Crain’s Business, the developers plan to construct an 11-story, 186-unit mixed-use building measuring 210,000 square feet.
