As The Brooklyn Grove continues to rise in Brooklyn’s buzzing Downtown metro-center, new renderings reveal both interiors and exteriors of the forthcoming residential tower. Located at 10 Nevins Street in Downtown Brooklyn, the structure will rise 27 stories and comprise 184 condominiums that range in size from studios to three-bedrooms.

Construction has topped out for the 11-story condominium building at 22-18 Jackson Avenue, in Hunters Point, Queens. The complex will bring 182 new condominiums to the neighborhood, ranging in price from $660,000 to over $2.5 million.
120 Java Street isn’t the only church-to-residential project YIMBY can reveal today. We also have a fresh rendering for 24 Fourth Avenue, rising just steps from Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, in Boerum Hill. Designed by ODA Architecture, the 12-story, mixed-use building will contain 72 residences, ground floor retail, a community facility, and an enclosed parking structure with accommodations for 16 vehicles.
Sales are now underway at 22-18 Jackson Avenue, in Long Island City, Queens. The project has been dubbed ‘Galerie’ and is under development by Adam America and Vanke US. The structure is slated to rise 11 stories, and will offer 182 new condominiums.
The last time we reported on 190 South 1st Street, YIMBY had the opportunity to go on a tour of the construction site. Now, we have images of the nearly-completed 13-story building, and the final look is strikingly close to what’s depicted in the renderings. The brutalist concrete facade is well balanced from the tower portion, all the way down to the community facility space along Driggs Avenue.
