Leasing has launched for Hudson House West, a 27-story residential tower nearing completion at 325 15th Street in Jersey City, New Jersey. Designed by Urban Architecture and developed by RXR, Columbia Property Trust, Strategic Value Partners, LLC (SVP), and One Investment Management (OneIM), the building contains 338 rental residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, with select layouts offering bonus dens. The property is located between Coles and Monmouth Streets.

Hudson House West is the third and final phase of the Hudson House Collection, joining the 27-story Hudson House East and Radio Lofts, a five-story adaptive reuse conversion. Together, the three properties comprise 829 residences and approximately 48,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The mixed-use development includes neighborhood-serving uses such as dining, grocery, beauty, and childcare offerings, creating a residential and retail hub along the Jersey City-Hoboken border.

Residences feature 10-foot ceilings, wide-plank flooring, oversized windows, and stainless steel appliances. Select homes include balconies, private terraces, and double-vanity bathrooms. Amenities include two outdoor swimming pools, a sundeck, fitness centers, yoga studios, an indoor basketball court, an indoor soccer field, golf simulators, coworking spaces, conference rooms, saunas, lounges, children’s playrooms, concierge service, shuttle access to the Hoboken PATH Station, covered parking with EV charging, and bike storage.
