The affordable housing lottery has launched for HELP Hinsdale C, a six-story residential building at 314 Hinsdale Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Designed by Curtis and Ginsberg Architects and developed by HELP Development Corp., the structure yields 51 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 30 units for residents at 40 to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $46,115 to $126,240.

Amenities include a gym, media room, doorman, and on-site resident manager. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove.

At 40 percent of the AMI, there are two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,178 for incomes ranging from $46,115 to $73,280, and three three-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,345 for incomes ranging from $53,315 to $84,160.

At 60 percent of the AMI, there are 17 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,907 for incomes ranging from $71,109 to $109,920, and eight three-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,189 for incomes ranging from $82,218 to $126,240.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 16, 2026.
