Construction is complete on Radio Lofts, the second phase of Hudson House, a three-building residential development in Jersey City, New Jersey. Located at 316 15th Street, the project is a conversion of a five-story industrial building originally constructed in the 1920s for the Continental Can Company and later occupied by Emerson Radio. RXR, Columbia Property Trust, Strategic Value Partners LLC, and One Investment Management are leading the development, with design by Urban Architecture.
The adaptive reuse project contains 140 loft-style rental residences, with layouts ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. The homes feature 11.5-foot ceilings, exposed brick, large windows, dens, and flexible interior spaces.
Interior finishes include plank flooring, modular closets, and in-unit washer-dryers. Residents have access to Hudson House’s broader amenity package, which includes fitness and wellness spaces, coworking areas, lounges, pools, playrooms, storage, parking with EV charging, and shuttle service.
The property sits in SoHo West near the Hoboken border, with access to regional transit through Hoboken Terminal, which serves PATH trains, NJ Transit, NY Waterway ferries, and the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail. Residents also have access to shuttle service to the Hoboken PATH station.

I often wonder who originated the concept of having a refrigerator in the living room.
This is a wonderful project and I’m very happy they didn’t tear it down.
