Edifice Partners LLC has secured $19 million in financing for the Edifice Portfolio, a group of five renovated multifamily properties located in Brooklyn. The Edifice Portfolio consists of 42 residential units spread across five pre-war buildings at 431–433 Wythe Avenue and 313 South 4th Street in Williamsburg, and 19–21 Columbia Place in Brooklyn Heights. JLL Capital Markets arranged the financing from City National Bank.
The Williamsburg buildings include two four-story buildings at 431–433 Wythe Avenue, built circa 1920 and containing a combined 16 units, as well as a four-story building at 313 South 4th Street, originally constructed around 1915 with roughly 12 units. In Brooklyn Heights, the portfolio includes the adjacent properties at 19–21 Columbia Place, dating to the early 1910s and together accounting for approximately 16 units.
Across the portfolio, each property has been renovated to retain historic architectural elements while incorporating modern interior finishes.
In Williamsburg, nearby subways include the J, M, and Z trains at the Marcy Avenue station. Transit nearby the Brooklyn Heights properties includes the 2 and 3 trains at the Clark Street station, and the A and C trains at the High Street–Brooklyn Bridge station.
