Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 21-12 Cornaga Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens. Located between Beach 21st Street and Beach 22nd Street, the lot is near the Far Rockaway–Mott Avenue subway station, served by the A train. Amritpal Sandhu of Superior Hospitality Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 64,676 square feet, with 33,973 square feet designated for commercial space and 30,702 square feet for residential space. The building will have 44 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 697 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, 13 open parking spaces, and six enclosed parking spaces.

Manish Savani of M.S. Savani Architect, PC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

I don’t understand why they building these dam buildings in the Farrockaway they need to build stores and a dam place so these kids to have something to do and go all these buildings are not necessary at all and they always say low income never ever and they small rooms that you barely fit a bed in
