Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 702 Hart Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Wilson and Central Avenues, the lot is near the Central Avenue subway station, served by the M train. Menashe Mah is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 53-foot-tall development will yield 13,715 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 685 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard.

Robert Bianchini of ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
