Amenities include a dog park, bike storage lockers, gym, children’s playroom, coworking space, game room, common area Wi-Fi, package lockers, elevator, rooftop terrace, sundeck, and barbecue grills and prep kitchen. Residences are equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, and energy-efficient appliances. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove and heat.

At 40 percent of the AMI, there are five two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,238 for incomes ranging from $49,989 to $73,280.
At 70 percent of the AMI, there are 10 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,331 for incomes ranging from $87,463 to $128,240.
