Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 705 60th Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Located between 7th and 8th Avenues, the lot is near the 8th Avenue subway station, served by the N train. Helen Leung of W K L Corporation is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 15,962 square feet, with 13,393 square feet designated for residential space and 2,568 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 19 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 704 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.

Chang Tan of Tan Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
