Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 146-50 Reeves Avenue in Kew Gardens Hills, Queens. Located between 146th Street and 146th Place, the lot is closest to the 67th Avenue subway station, serviced by the E, F, and R trains. NYC School Construction Authority is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 66-foot-tall development will yield 462,726 square feet designated for community facility space. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, 69 open parking spaces, and one commercial loading berth.

PKSB Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
