New Prebuilt Office Space Unveiled At Essex Crossing In Manhattan’s Lower East Side

Delancey Street Associates recently announced new prebuilt office spaces and an amenity center at Essex Crossing, a nine-building mixed-use development located in Manhattan‘s Lower East Side neighborhood. The spaces, which are located in the development’s commercial space at 145 Delancey Street, were designed by M Moser Associates.

The new office offerings span 21,000 square feet on the third floor and 7,000 square feet on the second floor of the building, combining private offices with shared amenities. M Moser’s designed spaces provide fully-furnished offices to attract both short- and long-term tenants. The spaces are designed to be eco-friendly, with water-cooled DX units and a commitment to achieve LEED-ND certification, reflecting the project’s dedication to sustainable and energy-efficient practices. The use of high-quality, sustainable materials and designs promote natural light and air flow underscore the project’s emphasis on tenant wellness.

Delancey Street Associates, the development team behind Essex Crossing, is a collaborative partnership between Taconic Partners, BFC Partners, L+M Development Partners, The Prusik Group, and Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group. The development is located centrally in the Lower East Side, and is steps from a variety of bus lines, along with the Essex Street subway station, which services the M, J, and Z Trains.
