Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 651 East 48th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Beverley Road and Clarendon Road, the lot is closest to the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Leonard Galper is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 35-foot-tall development will yield 5,421 square feet, with 8,033 square feet designated for residential space and 882 square feet for commercial space.
