Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 1652 East 14th Street in Midwood, Brooklyn. Located between Avenue P and Kings Highway, the lot is near the Avenue M subway station, serviced by the Q train. Daniel Azizi is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 15,919 square feet, with 12,782 square feet designated for residential space and 3,137 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 19 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 672 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and 36-foot-long rear yard.

Bahram Tehrani of Best Engineering Technology is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in June 2022 for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
