Designed by Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng Architects Studio, the structure yields 69 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 24 units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $55,269 to $122,000.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five studios with a monthly rent of $1,513 for incomes ranging from $55,269 to $90,400; six one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,613 for incomes ranging from $59,143 to $101,680; and 13 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,921 for incomes ranging from $70,698 to $122,000.
