Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 713 East 35th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Brooklyn Road and Farragut Road, the lot is near the Newkirk Avenue-Little Haiti subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Marvis Burns of BMB Living Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 52-foot-tall development will yield 12,969 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 16 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 810 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and eight open parking spaces.
ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in April 2022 for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
