Garden Communities will soon debut its next rental development at 35 Walnut Avenue in Clark, New Jersey. Known as Walnut Hill, the property will contain 177 apartments that range from 942 to 1,964 square feet.
The mix of floor plans will include one- and two-bedroom homes, all equipped with private balcony or patio space, gourmet kitchens, oversized closets, and in-suite washers and dryers. Select two-bedroom floor plans will also feature a fireplace.
Model apartment at Walnut Hill (35 Walnut Avenue)
Resident amenities will be housed in the Walnut Hill clubhouse and include an entertainment lounge, a game room, a fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool.
At present, construction crews have completed the building’s façade and have begun interior fit-out.
The collection of apartments will include a total 28 affordable units. Applications are now open to apply for the affordable homes.
