Designed by Asher Hershkowitz Architect and developed by Vision Development, the building yields 37 residential units and eight commercial spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 12 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $88,389 to $192,400.
Amenities include a virtual doorman, security cameras, garage, a shared laundry room, and bike storage lockers. Residences have air conditioning, name-brand kitchen appliances and finishes, smart controls for heating and cooling, and private outdoor space in the form of either a balcony or patio.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are ten one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,578 for incomes ranging from $88,389 to $139,620; one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,078 for incomes ranging from $105,532 to $167,570; and one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,548 for incomes ranging from $121,646 to $192,400.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than July 20, 2021.
