Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1150 47th Street in Borough Park, Brooklyn. Located between New Utrecht Avenue and 12th Avenue, the interior lot is three blocks south of the Fort Hamilton Parkway subway station, serviced by the D train. Joseph Horowicz of Lush Developers is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 5,364 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have four residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,341 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Thomas Salazar is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
