Renderings have been released for the third and final phase of Namdar Group‘s three-tower, 777-unit mixed-use development in Journal SquareJersey City. Designed by C3D Architecture, 618 Pavonia Avenue will join the 20-story 26 Cottage Street and the 27-story 26-28 Van Reipen Avenue, all high rises connected by Homestead Plaza, a pedestrian plaza within walking distance of the PATH station. 618 Pavonia Avenue is set to rise 293 feet and 27 stories.

As reported by Jersey Digs, the third building will house 5,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, along with office space on the second through fourth floors. Residential amenities include a lounge and café, a rooftop deck with a pool, an outdoor kitchen, a common pantry, a resident’s club, and outdoor recreation area. The 376 residences within the tower include 24 studios, 264 one-bedrooms, 80 two-bedrooms, and eight three-bedroom units.

Namdar will give Jersey City rights to some of the property for the development of the pedestrian plaza. The 20-foot-wide walkway will close an existing road to traffic, extend north and south, and provide a mix of retail, eateries, and bars to both residents and locals.
