Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1529 Brooklyn Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Farragut Road and Glenwood Road, the interior lot is closest to the Newkirk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Joseph Rubin under the 1529 Brooklyn Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
