Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 104-16 Tuckerton Street in Jamaica, Queens. Located at the intersection of Tuckerton Street and Liberty Avenue, the corner lot is three blocks away from the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer subway station, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. Tejpal Sandhu under the Liberty Tuck NY LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 84-foot-tall development will yield 69,016 square feet, with 53,395 square feet designated for commercial space and 5,750 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 96 hotel rooms, with an average unit scope of 556 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 31-foot-long rear yard. A previous permit filing called for 36,670 square feet of commercial space and 120 hotel rooms.

Manish Savani of M.S. Savani Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
