I don’t understand why people are selling their homes to Developers who don’t care a damn about the minority communities. It’s all about the money!! In the end it’s the Developer who profits this not the people who sold their homes. We have to a start thing of preserving our communities.

Mr Jean. It’s obvious if someone sells something for 1.5 million for which they paid 200k. It’s a substantial profit . They can purchase a new house in say Florida and afford to retire . Plain and simple

  3. Lol no one can retire comfortably on 1.5 million and thats not what these developers are offering considering this property only sold for 600,000 and is estimated at 1.2 millon. The piont is no amount of money is worth scraficing the people.
