Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 160 12th Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Located between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue, the interior lot is a short walk to the 4th Avenue-9th Street subway station, serviced by the F, G, and R trains. Krzysztof Rostek under the 160 12th Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 11,853 square feet, with 10,831 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,547 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 35-foot-long rear yard.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the family home on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
