Permits Filed for 9101 Kings Highway in East Flatbush, Brooklyn

Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 9101 Kings Highway in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of East 91st Street and Kings Highway, the corner lot is a 10-minute walk to the Saratoga Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 train. Chaim Sobel under the Urbyn Kings Highway LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 42-foot-tall development will yield 9,482 square feet, with 8,646 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 864 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, a 15-foot-long side yard, but no accessory parking.

Jose Lockhart of Tecnico Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the two-family home on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
