Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 219 Lenox Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Rogers Avenue and Nostrand Avenue, the lot is three blocks south of the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Joseph Lichtman under the 219 Lenox Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 45,434 square feet, with 34,354 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 50 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 687 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 40-foot-long rear yard, and nine enclosed parking spaces.

Scibilia Thomas of N.A. Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed last month. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
