Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 1884 Broadway in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between MacDougal Street and Hull Street, the lot is three blocks from the Broadway Junction subway station, serviced by the A, C, J, L, and Z trains. Yisroel Greenfeld under the Broadway 1884 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 94,909 square feet, with 45,314 square feet designated for residential space, 9,796 square feet for community facilities, and 8,164 square feet for commercial use. The building will have 66 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 686 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 33 enclosed parking spaces.

Jeffrey Kamen is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in November of last year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Hello and how are you? I’m not worried about you, just ask and just by following the social manners that should be greeted. (Thanks to a reporter)

  2. Were the previous buildings on this site victims of the Blackout?
