Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 750 East 134th Street in Port Morris, the Bronx. Located on the corner of Willow Avenue and East 134th Street, the lot is about five blocks from the Cypress Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Altmark Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 85-foot-tall, masonry-based development will yield 131,494 square feet, with 103,816 square feet designated for residential space and 9,456 square feet for commercial use. The building will have 133 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 780 square feet.

Newman Design Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in August of last year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
