Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 40 Kossuth Place in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Bushwick Avenue and Broadway, the lot is one block east of the Kosciuszko Street subway station, serviced by the J train. Vyacheslav Faybyshev of Omni Build is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 62-foot-tall development will yield 8,983 square feet, with 6,061 square feet designated for residential space. It will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 757 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, mezzanine, and a 40-foot-long rear yard.

Igor Zaslavskiy of Zproekt is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
