Permits Filed for 1173 Rogers Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn

Joseph Rubin of Westmount Equities has submitted permits for the construction of a new seven-story residential building in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The property will replace an existing one-story commercial property at 1173 Rogers Avenue.

Designed by Beam Architects, the building will contain 16,900 square feet of residential area with an additional 3,000 square foot parking structure designed to accommodate 12 vehicle. With 20 units in total, apartments will measure about 845 square feet apiece, which should come to market as rental properties.

Zoning approvals are still pending.
