Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 3208 Glenwood Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks away from the Flatbush Avenue Subway Station, the final stop for the 2 and 5 trains. Candor Capital will be responsible for the development.

The 58-foot tall structure will yield 5,870 square feet of space, with 5,530 square feet dedicated to residential use. Nine apartments will be created, averaging 652 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.

Two apartments will occupy each floor, with the ninth unit occupying the penthouse level. A public laundry room will be made available within the cellar.

P. Georgopolus Architects will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits were filed for the site in December 2017. The estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Please pardon me for using your space: You force me into reading, Fox News reported on this permits. (Thank you Andrew Nelson)

Amazing what a builder can cram onto a relatively narrow 40′ x 107′ lot. All legal but there will now be 9 apartments where there were only two before.
