In April 2016, Forest Hills Scenery Family LLC filed applications for three two-story, two-family houses at 65-17 through 65-21 110th Street, in Forest Hills. Those plans never came to fruition, and now the same property owner is filing plans for two three-story, three-unit residential buildings, in addition to a two-story, two-family building, at the same site.

The two larger structures will measure 3,753 square feet and the smaller building will measure 3,042 square feet. Across all three, the residential units should average 872 square feet apiece. Ling Li’s Flushing-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 7,200-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits have not been filed.
