In early 2015, YIMBY reported on plans for a four-story, three-unit mixed-use building at 2746 Fulton Street, located near the corner of Bradford Street, in the Cypress Hills section of East New York. Thanks to the passage of the East New York rezoning in early 2016, a new developer is now proposing a larger project. Brooklyn-based Blessed Homes LLC has filed applications for a six-story, five-unit mixed-use building at the site. It will measure 9,700 square feet and contain 1,870 square feet of ground-floor retail space. There will five full-floor residential units, averaging 1,104 square feet apiece, across the second through sixth floors.

Victor K. Han’s Flushing-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 25-foot-wide, 2,500-square-foot site was occupied by a two-story townhouse until that structure was demolished in 2015.
