Construction Rises on 300 Port Imperial Avenue in Weehawken, New Jersey

Work is well underway at 300 Port Imperial Avenue, a forthcoming 11-story mixed-use residence known as Port Imperial South Site 3 along the waterfront of Weehawken, New Jersey. Designed by Lessard Design and developed in a joint venture between Canoe Brook Development and Roseland Properties, the project will yield a total of 313 market-rate apartments, as well as a performing arts center, and 296 below-grade parking spots. The development is being built on a formerly vacant 1.88-acre plot of land bounded by Avenue At Port Imperial and the Hudson River to the east, Ferry Way to the south, Port Imperial Boulevard to the west, and an abutting multistory parking garage to the north along Imperatore Place.

Renderings Revealed for Three New Developments in Williamsburg And Greenpoint, Brooklyn

New renderings have been released for three forthcoming developments in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The structures are planned to add nearly 125 housing units and 200,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial and industrial space to the evolving neighborhoods.

Manhattan New York Temple’s Renovations Continue at 125 Columbus Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Renovation work is progressing on the Manhattan New York Temple at 125 Columbus Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Originally designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein & Claman in 1976, then redesigned by Frank Fernandez in 2004, the 20,630-square-foot structure is owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and is currently undergoing an interior overhaul and façade revision. The property is located at the northeast corner of Columbus Avenue and West 65th Street.
