Now topped-out 26 stories above the Financial District, the project is being designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by Trinity Real Estate. Stephen B. Jacobs Group is the executive architect.
Ranco Capital has revealed their latest Park Slope residential development in greater detail with a new batch of architectural renderings. Located at 441 4th Avenue, the 11-story building will comprise 67,000 square feet, which includes a small portion of area dedicated to community facility and commercial use.
Permits have been filed for a 19-story mixed-use building at 1169 River Avenue in Concourse, The Bronx. Located between McClellan Street and East 167th Street, the interior lot is steps away from the 167th Street subway station, serviced by the 4, B, and D trains. Christoper Lacovara of Community Access, a NYC supportive housing and social service non-profit for people with mental health concerns, is listed as the owner behind the applications. They currently have two other projects currently underway in the Bronx, one on Bruckner Boulevard and another on East 172nd Street.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story apartment building at 101 Macombs Place in Harlem, Manhattan. Located between West 154th Street and West 155th Street, the corner lot is one city block south of the 155th Street subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Mordechai Hirsch of MCM Developers is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The pair of twisting towers at 76 Eleventh Avenue, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, are now officially topped out. Located in Chelsea, the shorter 300-foot tall building reached its twentieth floor one week ago. The complex, dubbed “The XI,” sits to the west of the High Line, just north of Chelsea Market and the Urban Theater over Eleventh Avenue. HFZ Capital is the developer of the 908,250-square foot site, while Omnibuild is in charge of constructing the reinforced concrete structures. 76 Eleventh Avenue will be a mix of residential units and a Six Senses Hotel.
