Following several years of development, EPIRE has revealed the final architectural renderings of 144 First Street in Jersey City. Located in the city’s Powerhouse Arts District, the 13-story building will contain a mix of residential and retail area.
Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 1041 Ogden Avenue in Highbridge, The Bronx. Located between West 164th Street and West 165th Street, the interior lot is closest to the 167th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Kyle Ng under the Ogden Avenue Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Foundation work is nearing completion at 159 Broadway, a 26-story mixed-use residential project in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Stonehill Taylor and developed by Cornell Realty Management LLC, the 133,340-square-foot project is located across the street from Peter Luger Steakhouse and directly abuts the 145-year-old landmarked Williamsburgh Savings Bank. The superstructure will top out at 277 feet tall and become one of the tallest buildings in the inland section of Williamsburg.
Construction is progressing on 308 Livingston Street, a 23-story, 160-unit rental building in Downtown Brooklyn. The project is designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture and is being developed by Lonicera Partners, which purchased the lot in May 2019 for $11 million and demolished several low-rise structures to clear the way for the project.
Architectural renderings from Robert A.M. Stern Architects offer a first look at a 20-story residential tower in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan. The new building is now taking shape at 1228 Madison Avenue between 88th and 89th Streets, just one block away from Central Park.
