Financing Secured For Five-Building Portfolio In Williamsburg And Brooklyn Heights

Edifice Partners LLC has secured $19 million in financing for the Edifice Portfolio, a group of five renovated multifamily properties located in Brooklyn. The Edifice Portfolio consists of 42 residential units spread across five pre-war buildings at 431–433 Wythe Avenue and 313 South 4th Street in Williamsburg, and 19–21 Columbia Place in Brooklyn Heights. JLL Capital Markets arranged the financing from City National Bank.

Renderings have been revealed for 554–558 Metropolitan Avenue, an 11-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by IMC Architecture and developed by Green Street, the 115-foot-tall structure will yield 70 apartments. The project will also include a roughly 32-foot-deep rear yard. The multi-parcel assemblage is located mid-block between Union Avenue and Lorimer Street.

New renderings have been revealed for the amenity spaces at Four Williamsburg Wharf, a 22-story residential tower nearing completion in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Brandon Haw Architecture and Hill West Architects and developed by Naftali Group, the 280-foot-tall structure is part of the 3.75-acre Williamsburg Wharf complex and will yield 128 rental units. The property is located along Kent Avenue between South 10th and 11th Streets.

Foundations Progressing for Twin Skyscraper Development at 280 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

At number 23 our annual countdown of the tallest projects under construction in New York is 280 Kent Avenue, a pair of 591-foot-tall residential skyscrapers along the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn. Designed by REX and developed by Two Trees, the twin 50-story structures will span roughly 1.17 million square feet and yield 1,262 units. The complex will also include 12,230 square feet of commercial space and an enclosed parking garage. Twenty-five percent of the residential units will be reserved for affordable housing. The project, also known as Building B in the five-structure Domino Sugar masterplan, spans an entire city block bounded by South 1st Street to the north, South 2nd Street to the south, Kent Avenue to the east, and River Street to the west.
