Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Camber Property Group and RiseBoro Community Partnership, the $75 million project will yield 127 affordable housing units in studio to three-bedroom layouts, with 45 reserved for stable housing and supportive services for young families. Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is situated on an interior lot between Wyckoff and Irving Avenues with frontage on both Dekalb Avenue and Hart Street.
