The affordable housing lottery has launched for 26-18 4th Street, an eight-story residential building in Astoria, Queens. Designed by Gerald Caliendo and developed by Yael Mead Corp., the structure yields 22 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $77,932 to $116,640.
