Designed by Marin Architects and developed by Wei Hong Hu under the H Hotel LLC, the 475-foot-tall structure will yield 173 guest rooms and amenities including a restaurant, an arcade, and a rooftop bar. The property is located on a narrow interior plot between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, one block south of Bryant Park.

Designed by Peter Poon Architects and developed by Wei Hong Hu under the H Hotel LLC, the 249-foot-tall structure will yield 59,250 square feet with 166 hotel rooms, 3,399 square feet of commercial space, and three below-grade levels. Crosscity Construction Corporation is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Eighth and Ninth Avenues.

Poon Architects and developed by Wei Hong Hu of H Hotel LLC, the ground-up 28-story, 447-foot-tall project is being built by City Cross Construction Corp., who is the general contractor for the vertically growing reinforced concrete superstructure, which is wedged on a narrow plot of land between Fifth and South Avenues just one street below Bryant Park. YIMBY last reported that 58 West 39th Street would yield a total of 41,500 square feet of commercial space, 65 hotel rooms, meeting rooms, a fitness center, and a hotel lobby.

Construction has resumed on H Hotel W39, a 29-story hotel at 58 West 39th Street in Midtown. Designed by Peter F. Poon Architects and developed by Wei Hong Hu of H Hotel LLC, the 447-foot-tall project had been stalled since the early months of 2020. City Cross Construction Corp. is the general contractor for the structure, whose design features a radical cantilever that gives way to a tapered glass dome. The footprint of the tower rests on a relatively narrow plot between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, just south of Bryant Park.

Designed by Peter Poon Architects and developed by Wei Hong Hu under the H Hotel LLC, the 249-foot-tall structure will span 59,250 square feet with 166 hotel rooms. The property will also contain 3,399 square feet of commercial space. The permits, which were filed earlier this year, indicate that there will be a cellar, sub-cellar, and basement.
