Installation of the sleek glass curtain wall of 74 Trinity Place is nearing completion as work on the 424-foot-tall Financial District tower wraps up. Located directly behind Trinity Church, the bronze-trimmed 26-story structure is designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by Trinity Real Estate. Stephen B. Jacobs Group is the executive architect of the 310,000-square-foot property.
Excavation has progressed significantly at 555 West 38th Street since YIMBY last checked in on the Hudson Yards site in late August. Construction workers have ripped up all of the asphalt from the parking lot that formerly occupied the property and have unearthed a substantial amount of dirt. Located at 138 East 50th Street, the 71-story building is designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli and SLCE and contains 124 condominiums that entered the market in May 2019.
