Designed by Melamed Architect and developed by AUM-NY, the project involved the repurposing of a former church and the construction of four new levels above, spanning 11,500 square feet and yielding six units. Sales have been finalized for all of the homes at the property, which is located at the corner of Harman Street and St. Nicholas Avenue.
