New renderings have been released showcasing a design change for the Xadia Hotel, a 42-story hotel tower currently rising at 57 West 39th Street in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by Marin Architects and developed by Wei Hong Hu under the H Hotel LLC, the 475-foot-tall structure will yield 173 guest rooms and amenities including a restaurant, an arcade, and a rooftop bar. City Cross Construction Corp. is the general contractor for the property, which is located on a narrow interior plot between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, one block south of Bryant Park.

Poon Architects and developed by Wei Hong Hu of H Hotel LLC, the ground-up 28-story, 447-foot-tall project is being built by City Cross Construction Corp., who is the general contractor for the vertically growing reinforced concrete superstructure, which is wedged on a narrow plot of land between Fifth and South Avenues just one street below Bryant Park. YIMBY last reported that 58 West 39th Street would yield a total of 41,500 square feet of commercial space, 65 hotel rooms, meeting rooms, a fitness center, and a hotel lobby.

City Cross Construction Corp. is the general contractor for the structure, whose design features a radical cantilever that gives way to a tapered glass dome. The footprint of the tower rests on a relatively narrow plot between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, just south of Bryant Park.
