52-03 and 52-41 Center Boulevard Rapidly Take Shape Over Hunters Point South, Queens

Construction has topped out on 52-03 Center Boulevard, a 587-foot-tall, 56-story skyscraper in Hunters Point, Queens, while its 46-story, 475-foot-tall sibling is nearly complete at 52-41 Center Boulevard. Designed by ODA Architecture with SLCE Architects as the architect of record, the two towers are part of TF Cornerstone‘s Hunters Point South development, which is set to bring a total of 1,194 residential units to the East River waterfront. Of these, 719 will be designated for affordable housing. 52-03 and 52-41 Center Boulevard are bound by Center Boulevard to the west, Borden Avenue to the north, 2nd Street to the east, and 54th Avenue to the south.

52-03 Center Boulevard Nears Topping Out in Hunters Point South, Queens

Construction is nearing topping out on 52-03 Center Boulevard, a 587-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper in Hunters Point, Queens, and number 26 on our countdown of the tallest buildings under construction in New York. Designed by ODA Architecture with SLCE Architects as the architect of record, the 56-story tower is the taller of the two structures in TF Cornerstone‘s Hunters Point South development. The building stands just to the north of its 46-story, 475-foot-tall sibling at 52-41 Center Boulevard, and the pair will bring a total of 1,194 residential units to the East River waterfront. ODA’s 52-41 Center Boulevard Tops Out Over Hunters Point, Queens

Work is progressing swiftly on TF Cornerstone‘s two-tower Hunters Point South development in Hunters Point, Queens. Construction recently topped out on 52-41 Center Boulevard, a 46-story, 475-foot-tall residential building, the shorter of the two structures. The taller, 587-foot-tall sibling is rising just to the north at 52-03 Center Boulevard and will eventually top out at 56 stories. Both are designed by ODA Architecture with SLCE Architects as the architect of record.

TF Conerstone’s Hunters Point South Towers Continue To Rise In Hunters Point, Queens

Construction is approaching the final floors at 52-41 Center Boulevard, a 475-foot-tall residential tower in the Hunters Point South Towers development in Hunters Point, Queens. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by TF Cornerstone with SLCE Architects as the architect of record, the 46-story, 394-unit structure stands to the south of its rising sibling, 52-03 Center Boulevard, which will eventually stand 56 stories and 587 feet tall.

Hunters Point South Towers Begin to Rise on Center Boulevard in Hunters Point, Queens

Construction is moving along on a pair of residential buildings at the Hunters Point South Towers development in Hunters Point, Queens. Workers are preparing to pour the fourth floor of what will become a 46-story, 394-unit structure at 52-41 Center Boulevard, while rebar is protruding from the site of the taller, 56-story tower at 52-03 Center Boulevard in preparation for the formation of the ground floor columns and walls. TF Cornerstone is the developer of the complex, which is designed by ODA Architecture with SLCE Architects as the architect of record.
