Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Daniel Kimya under the Fulton Star LLC, the structure yields 50 rental apartments with 15 designated for affordable housing, and 9,196 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The Corcoran Group is in charge of marketing the homes and Fulton Star LLC was the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Fulton Avenue and Downing Street.
